CUMIN SEED OIL

Pure natural, 100% cumin seed extract, without residual solvents content and chemical additive; Keep the whole favor of cumin.

Color: dark yellow-green or chocolate brown liquid

Odor: intense especial aroma of cumin

Process: It is extracted or refined from Xinjiang cumin of good quality, adopting the technique of supercritical CO2 extraction and molecular distillation.

Major Constituents: Cuminal ≥50%

Specification: 1:20 concentrated product, it means that 1g cumin seed oil is equaled to 20g dry cumin seed.

Apply:          (1)the raw material of savory flavoring;          (2)all kinds of salty food: manufactured meat, instant noodles, spicy small food, quick-freeze and puffing food

 

Dosage:  According to the need of technics add it in right amount.

Referenced dosage: savory flavoring: 0.1-0.3%, manufactured meat: 0.01-0.03%; instant noodles: 0.02-0.05%; flavoring food:0.01-0.03%.
