CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL

Odor: intense pure especial aroma of cinnamon

Process: It is produced by good quality cinnamon, refined with the technique of supercritical CO2 extraction and molecular distillation.

Major Constituents: cinnamic aldehyde, limonene, β-Elemene and so on.

Specification: 1:60 concentrated product, it means that 1g cinnamon essential oil is equaled to 20g dry cinnamon

 Character:

    (1)Pure natural, 100% cinnamon extract, without residual solvents content and chemical additive;  

    (2)Keep the whole sweet and spicy favor of cinnamon; 

     (3)With good solubility and dispersivity, it can be completely dissolved in plant oil and higher than 70% ethnol;   

Apply:          (1)the raw material of savory flavoring;          (2)all kinds of salty food: manufactured meat, instant noodles, spicy small food,  puffing food, candy and canned food.

 

Dosage: According to the need of technique add it in right amount.

Referenced dosage: savory flavoring: 0.2-0.5%, manufactured meat: 0.01-0.03%; instant noodles: 0.005-0.02%; spicy food:0.02-0.05%; candy and canned food.: 0.015%.
