GINGER OIL ESSENTIAL

Pure natural, 100% ginger extract, without residual solvents content and chemical additive; Keep the whole favor of ginger.

Color: Brown red

Odor: with strong especial spicy aroma of roasted Ginger.

Process:  It is produced by good-quality ginger root, through cleaning, peeling off , baked drying, making into roasted slices,  crushing under low temperature and then refined with high advanced separated technique.

Major Constituents: zingiberol, zingiberene, salad oil and so on.

     (3)With good solubility and dispersivity, it can be completely dissolved in plant oil and higher than 70% ethnol.

Apply:         (1)the raw material of savory flavoring;         (2)manufactured meat, instant noodles, flavoring food;        (3)beer beverage;        (4)the raw material of pharmacy and health products.

Dosage:  According to the need of technics add it in right amount. Referenced dosage: savory flavoring 0.1-0.5%, manufactured meat: 0.01-0.03%; instant noodles: 0.02-0.05%; flavoring food: 0.02-0.05%,; beer beverage 10-50PPM.
